TORONTO, ON – November 13, 2024 - Lifemark Health Group is pleased to announce Tim Matthews as Lifemark’s Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, Tim leads our national operations, enabling clinical teams to prioritize client and patient care by reducing administrative burdens and enhancing patient outcomes.   

With a passion for continuous improvement, Tim brings a proven track record in leveraging technology, process redesign, and tools to elevate clinical care delivery.

Tim's over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare and professional sports has honed his expertise in operations, strategy, corporate finance, and business development. His background emphasizes team building, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), technology integration, and service delivery. Before joining Lifemark, Tim held senior growth-focused roles, including President and GM of the Toronto Arrows Rugby Club, CEO of AceAge Inc., and COO of Centric Health’s specialty pharmacy division. In each of these roles, he drove significant growth by improving operational efficiency and delivering value for customers.   

A people-first leader, Tim is deeply committed to building high-performing teams. His leadership philosophy centers on empowering individuals and delivering consistent, impactful results.   

Tim holds a BA from the University of Guelph and an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. We are excited to have him on board and look forward to his contributions to Lifemark’s continued success.
