5 step process

1

Initial talks

At Lifemark, we prioritize building a strong, trusting relationship, starting with a commitment to confidentiality every step of the way. When talks start, you will have the opportunity to discover what Lifemark is all about, including meeting people from the Lifemark network who will share valuable insights and experience. Our goal is to provide a clear and transparent view of our process.

Step 1 Process
2

Preliminary information sharing

During the preliminary stage, you will be asked to share information to help us better understand your business and how an opportunity can be structured that suits your needs and the needs of your team. Once a suitable structure and proposal has been determined, you will receive a Letter of Intent outlining deal terms, so we can all move forward with confidence.

3

Due diligence and planning

Following the execution of the Letter of Intent, as our relationship continues to build, a full analysis and operational review will be conducted. Our goal is to thoroughly understand your day-to-day operations and overall business performance. We will work to ensure you have a clear path forward, and full understanding of life with Lifemark. This step also includes the legal documents and paperwork to finalize the transaction.

4

Transition

A customized transition plan will be developed that aligns with your unique culture and operational needs, including onboard staff, integrating systems, and communicate changes without disrupting daily operations. The goal is to maintain trust and continuity, ensuring everyone feels supported throughout the process.
