As we continue to build our relationship, we’ll conduct a full financial analysis and operational review. This stage involves a thorough assessment of risks and opportunities. Finally, we prepare for the transition, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

During the transition phase, we’ll lay the foundation for building strong relationships and trust. We focus on important tasks related to transitioning the clinic and staff to Lifemark processes.

In addition to education on our core standards, a cross-functional integration plan is developed, outlining timelines and expectations.
