Toronto, ON – October 10, 2024, Lifemark Health Group is pleased to announce the opening of Lifemark Health Centre Pembroke, offering multidisciplinary rehabilitative services to Pembroke, Ontario and surrounding communities of the Ottawa Valley. It is conveniently located at the Pembroke Mall. 

The Centre serves as a community-based Centre of Excellence for rehabilitation care designed to help clients with their physical and mental health. Staff are trained in trauma-informed practices and military culture, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. 

Offering a range of multidisciplinary services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, massage therapy, kinesiology, and more, the Centre is led by Liam Corrigan, Clinic Director, and Fiona Smith Bradley and Shannon McGrath, Co-Leaders of Modern OT. Modern OT has been a trusted care provider in the Pembroke area for over 20 years, and clients now benefit from having these amazing teams together under one roof.
